When any state agency changes thier rules, they must follow certain processes. All rules actively going through the rule-making process are also registered with the Register of Ohio. If a rule is going through the rule-making process, the Register will include copies of the rules, copies of Public Hearing Notices, comments from the Common Sense Initiative (CSI) Office, and a Rule Summary and Fiscal Analysis (RFSA).

Each state department also has its rules under development listed on their respected website. These links will take you directly to the rules under development pages for each agency.
