OPRA Comments on Proposed Rules October 2026

This week OPRA provided comments on a number of rules out for clearance including Rule 5123-9-01 (HCBS waivers – enrollment, denial of enrollment, disenrollment, and reenrollment), 5123-9-11 (Free choice of provider), and 5123-9-33 (Shared Living).
