This training is solely open to OPRA Members!
Here is what you can expect in this third session:
- Exploring how effective staff training builds competence, confidence, and consistency.
- Aligning training practices with compliance requirements to strengthen quality outcomes.
- Opportunities to develop resources that directly impact and address training gaps and needs.
This session will continue our peer-led model: QIDPs learning from one another, building shared solutions, and shaping practical tools to strengthen the QIDP role across the ICF system. Participants are encouraged to bring any examples of effective training they have utilized.
