Organize Compliance through an Annual Work Plan

Wednesday, January 19, 2022

1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. EST

The goal of an annual compliance work plan is to make privacy and security
efforts an ongoing part of daily workflow and to establish accountability.
This can be achieved by implementing high-impact security precautions, in
addition to mitigation plans for any identified risks. We will start by
assigning tasks that the Feds and industry experts identify as critical to
cybersecurity. This session will help participants understand how they can
use limited resources effectively. The goal is to create an annual work plan
that focuses on best practices to reduce the likelihood of a major
disruption due to a breach.

Learning objectives to build competency in:
❏ Assigning priority levels to risks within your organization
❏ Identifying solutions to manage high risk
❏ Managing progress through a work plan

Content and activities:
❏ Work plan template
❏ Task lists
