Stop and think before you say yes. Consider information in text messages, in emails, on copiers and faxes, in paper documents in residences, and storage rooms and in employee mailrooms. The list can grow very long.
- Keep in mind, you always lock the door when you leave your home. Is that same level of vigilant security in action within your organization, so that your residences and facilities are properly secured to prevent inappropriate access?
