The Clearwater Council of Governments (COG) provides progressive and innovative services to County Boards, Providers, and to people with Developmental Disabilities and their families in Ohio. The Clearwater COG is a government entity organized in 1996 in accordance with chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code, representing nine (9) County Boards of Developmental Disabilities. Our member county boards are Crawford, Erie, Huron, Lucas, Marion, Morrow, Ottawa, Richland and Seneca. We also provide services to non-member county boards. The Executive Director will be the chief executive of the Clearwater COG responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. The Executive Director will lead with vision, integrity, and operational expertise, serving as the primary spokesperson and relationship-builder with employees, members, partners, and stakeholders.
