Rhonda Jacob has been the Office Assistant for OPRA since September 25, 2017, providing support to the OPRA staff, Board, PAC and Committees. Rhonda answers incoming calls and greets visitors with a sunny smile and a positive disposition. Rhonda also performs general clerical duties, processes incoming and outgoing communications, maintains and updates member information, manages calendars for OPRA’s conference room and training center, as well as managing meals for meetings and training. Rhonda is a licensed Pharmacy Technician and had worked for the Kroger Company in that role for the past seven years. Rhonda graduated from Otterbein College in 1990 with a BA in business and a Minor in Equine Science.
