County boards and providers are in an interdependent relationship. As a provider, you need support from County Boards and County Boards are required to hold providers accountable for the services provided.

Advocating for an individual means communicating with the intention of finding a solution to an issue. Proper communication results in action plans that are a win-win for providers, individual; as well as, county boards.

This course will speak to communication effectiveness, the power of service documentation and team collaboration.  Finally, participants will gain facilitation skills that result in these win-win situations.

Cost:
$75 Members
$150 Non-Members


Cancellation fee applies to all training sessions.

If you do not cancel 24-hrs prior, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

You can substitute an attendee for no additional cost.
