This list is compiled and emailed to members' OPRA delegates once per year and upon request. It is also available in the members-only section of the website and updated as any corrections/changes are reported by members.
- Job Bank
OPRA supplies an online Job Bank for jobs available in the DD Industry. OPRA Members can post any and all job openings they have free of charge. All listings will appear for 1 month, or until the position has been filled.
- Service Provider Directory
OPRA’s Service Provider Directory offers vital information for individuals with developmental disabilities, caregivers, and support professionals, featuring a comprehensive list of resources and service providers in Ohio’s DD system. Associate members can create a profile, sharing the products and services that they provide.
- Report: HR Policies & Practices Reports
The OPRA HR Policies & Practices Reports compare a number of pay and benefit practices in relation to DSP retention and turnover and examines the impact that particular policies have on the rate of DSP turnover.

The OPRA Compensation & Benefits Survey is intended to inform OPRA members and other stakeholders of the current state of Ohio MR/DD providers’ compensation and compensation management systems.
