OPRA 2012 Spring Conference: Follow-Up & Materials
In Review
The OPRA 2012 Spring Conference was an outstanding success, with hundreds of attendees and dozens of speakers and exhibiting companies! Keynote speakers were Rachel Simon - award-winning author of the New York Times bestseller, The Story of Beautiful Girl - and John Martin, Director of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.
The Conference featured an assortment of 8 separate, up-to-date educational tracks for CEOs, COOs, Program Directors, HR, Direct Support, DD Nurses and Housing Specialists, and Technology Experts. OPRA partnered with the Foundation For the Challenged and the Disability Housing Network to present sessions focused on housing opportunities and challenges within the DD industry. In addition to the instructive aspect of the Conference, the two-day event offered an opportunity for attendees to intermingle with colleagues and peers, and for exhibitors to interface directly with OPRA’s members and showcase essential products and services.
Many thanks to all attendees; speakers; and the numerous sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers present. Your attendance and participation helped to create the overwhelming success of this Conference!
- Mark your calendars now for the OPRA 2012 Fall Conference -
